Perhaps best known for being an Investment ‘Angel’ on the popular SKY TV show, Property Elevator, Nicholas is also an international author for the famous For Dummies brand, accredited property education provider and mentor, and national event speaker.
CHRIS STURMER
Chris bought his first investment property over two decades ago, and since then, has grown a substantial portfolio (circa £30m+) with Nicholas. Having converted everything from offices, care homes and hotels into residential flats and HMOs he has extensive experience in all areas of development. Redbrick – the successful property brand he co-owns with Nicholas – has several businesses across the property sector.
